When placing your order please be sure to leave your Mobile Number and Email for the DPD to arrange a One Hour UK time slot so you can plan your day around your delivery. Overseas customer receive information on progress of their parcel through customs and clearance, keeping you up-to-date on when your parcel is due.
UK Mainland Shipping Offer - Terms and Conditions
Please Note this is only for UK Mainland only. This offer excludes Ireland, Scottish Highland, and Islands.
Our delivery aim in the UK is 1-3 working days. Orders that are very urgent please call one of our sales representatives who will be able to assist in your requirements.
The Next day delivery service is Next working day once the parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
We do everything we can to meet delivery times and our customers expectations however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scotland, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and all remote and offshore locations. Delivery times are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is made by DPD. If you leave a mobile number on your order you will receive a text confirmation on the morning of your delivery giving your 1-hour time slot. If for some reason you are unable to be at home for this the courier will first attempt to delivery to a neighbour, if this is not available then the parcel will be taken back to the depot for redelivery the following day.
Dpd will only do this twice before the parcel is returned to us and you will have to pay again for redelivery.
If for any reason you do not wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or you would like you parcel to be left in a safe location, please leave a delivery note on your order with more details

Saturday Delivery is only available on orders placed BEFORE 15:00 on Friday. Saturday Delivery can be selected on your order throughout the week. Your order will be processed and held until the Friday which it will then be dispatched for Saturday Delivery.
If the quantity of stock is unavailable for Saturday Delivery you will be notified by Email and a Postage Price Adjustment will be made to cover the delivery for the following Working day. If the Estimated Time of Arrival of stock is longer we will contact you to see if you still wish to proceed with the order.

If Saturday Delivery is urgent and is AFTER 15:00 please call on 0118 978 7896 to get authorisation to proceed with your order.

DPD will attempt delivery where possible, if there is restriction then the parcel will be returned to us.
Unfortunately, if this is the case then we will not be held liable for the refund of your delivery charge. If the item needs to be sent again this will be done but an additional delivery charge will be applied.
Please select the right shipping destination when checking out in your shopping cart, failing to select the correct shipping destination may cause delay to you parcel being sent.
All export sales are final and not refundable only if incorrectly supplied or faulty.
All taxes and import duties are payable at the point of entry by you, we do not have any control on these charges whatsoever.
USA and Canada Orders
Due to Product Liability Insurance we are now unable to sell into USA or Canada. We have looked at a mix of difference Insurance companies but unfortantly this is a issue we keep coming up against and this has resulted in us withdrawing our lines from the USA and Canada Market.

All items purchased on this service are Subject To Availability. As some of our items are Special Orders or are purchased direct from Jaguar these can take 1-2 Working days to be delivered into our warehouse.
Once you have placed your order we will email you to confirm that everything is in stock and will give you a time scale for collection. If you order before 14:00 we will aim to have you parcel ready for collection the same day or the following working day *Subject to Stock.

When your order is ready to collect we will update your order status to 'Ready to Collect'.

This service is for international Customers who would like to send their own shipping company in to collect their parcel from us. This option is available on checkout.
Once your order has been placed, we will box your items for you and send the Parcel information Via Email so you can arrange collection with your own Courier Company.
Please Note as there are still restrictions due to COVID-19 this service can take up to 3 days. please do not arrange collection of your parcel until we say it is ready to collect.
In your email we will send all the Box Dimensions, weights and where to collect from.
Please also check that you have provided us with a valid email address and also please check your Junk Mail just in case the email went into this inbox.
Once the parcel has been collected the parcel is then your responsibility we are no longer held liable for the parcel.
Any returns should be sent by a registered Post, so that a record of the return is avaliable for you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for Return Information
**Free UK Returns is Currently Unavailable**
We offer FREE UK returns on exchange items. Qualifying lines will be shown on the listing.You will be provided with a Dpd returns slip inside your parcel.
There are 3 Simple steps to ensure your parcel is returned safely.
1. Make sure all old labels are removed from your box/packaging.
2. Securely attach the label to your parcel.
3. Choose from the most convenient DPD Pickup Shop from the list provided on your returns label to return your parcel to.
**If you use an alternative return service this will be at your own cost. FREE RETURNS ARE FOR UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS ONLY**
If an item is Faulty, we ask that you contact us first by Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01189 787896. We will ask you a few questions about the fault of the item to see if the issue is with the Part purchased. You will be required to fill in a Returns form and return this to us.
Once the part has been received, we will check that the part first, if the part has a visual fault another one will be sent, or a Parts refund will be issued. If the Fault needs further investigations, we will send this off to the manufacturers for test.
No replacement parts or refunds will be issued until the part is returned to us and the fault is confirmed.
Reconditioned Items being sent International
If you are sending a Reconditioned part to us for repair, you will have to pay Customs Fees for us to receive the goods plus there will also be Customs Fee on the part going back into your Country.
Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and there is no way of us bypassing these, Fees.
When sending your parcel with your courier, there should be an option to select who pays the Import Fee.
To make this easier please select 'The Sender'. By doing this the Courier will contact you when the parcel is in the UK ready for delivery.
The Courier will give you instructions, so you know how to make the payment.
If the parcel is sent, and this isn’t adjusted on the Consignment an Invoice will be forwarded on to you.
Berkshire Jags will not be responsible for the payment.
If the payment is not made this can cause the parcel to be rejected and returned to the sender.
We ask that anyone sending their goods please also email us on email@example.com with their Tracking Number and Order Number.
Please remember, when sending your goods to make sure that you have also included your Name and Order Number inside this so we know who's part belongs to who. (Your Order Number will be emailed to you when the order is placed)
