    Mainland UK. Excludes Highland, Islands, Ireland & All International destinations 

    Returning your surcharge item Via our Dpd Drop off Service.
    • Add this to your basket.
    • You will receive a returns label in your box with your items, all you need to do is box up the old surcharge item securely in a box remove any current labels from the box and attach the return sticker.
    • Take the parcel to one of the drop off points listed on the returns label.
    • This will then be scanned and returned to us.

    **Please note that the max weight for this return label is 20KG**
    If you are purchasing multiple return items please see the weight on the product description and if the total goes over 20kg you will need to purchase more than 1 return label.
    The return label pickup shops listed on your Returns label will be located nearest to your delivery address on your Invoice.

    DPD, DHL & Royal Mail Delivery Timeframe are excluding Processing time. Once the order has been dispatched your parcel will aim to be delivered within time stated on your postage option selected.

    Products must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and be deemed fit to be resold as new.
